Well, the area was not so great overall.

The room was pet-friendly, brand-new and included it's own balcony, complimentary wireless internet, and a kettle. The a handy kitchenette was also a good solution for mornings. Location: the hotel was short walk to the coast as well as a restaurant.

A pleasant surprise with an unexpected upgrade to a bigger room with a lovely kitchen and balcony. The showers were amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning and free wifi added to the convenience. We even decided to extend our stay for an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed as bathroom was not cleaned more than once during 2 week stay, tv control took 5 days to be replaced, Air con showered the bed with black dried mould, and the sheets were not replaced despite being very marked.Essential internet connection very poor.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Fortitude Valley and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the central location. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for my needs, and the rooms, although in need of some maintenance, were comfortable enough for a group of four. Additionally, the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was apparent, as the rooms were well-kept and tidy.

The only area that could be improved upon was the condition of some parts of the hotel. While the overall experience was good, there were a few areas that needed attention, including the maintenance of curtains, carpet, and bathroom fixtures.

Over priced, room was dirty, check in was very late(though they did allow us to leave our bags in the reception area). Not worth half the price we payed for the room.

Firstly the parking for our vehicle was on road frontage, as we were told no secure parking at rear, However when we went to our unit at rear, lots of parks. Secondly the room was clearly a non smoking room, as signs in room, yet it stunk of cigarette smoke. I told the management (so we would not be blamed for the smell) and was not offered another room. The bedside radio/alarm did not work, as was merely an ornament. The carpet in the room was stained, and parts were lifting up. The outside light was not working, so dangerous to see up the steps to get to our room. The Manager even actually asked me if I could turn our balcony light on to help others!!, Instead of doing something about the light himself. The Manager was unable to confirm for us the actual direction to the airport, and in fact gave us wrong directions! At the end of the day I guess you get what you pay for, however had I known it was this much below standard I would NOT have booked at this motel

Not enough milk for 3 people to have coffee/tea. No maps or pamphlets for sight-seeing, shopping etc.

The hotel was located in an area that was convenient for my needs and it was at an affordable price. The room was equipped with a fan and aircon which made my stay comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was located on a busy road, which made it noisy and there were no windows that opened besides an option of glass bricks.

Spacious room with small kitchenette and wetroom, friendly staff, french doors leading to outside seating area, surrounded by trees / plants so doesnt feel like you're on a main road, 10min walk to shops and transport, nice big sreen tv in the room.

Cleanliness of bathroom wasn't great, Aircon didnt work, thin walls so often woken through the night by other guests.

The prices were very reasonable and I found the attention to detail to be quite impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. I was also pleased with the basic amenities provided, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable Queen bed in the spacious room. The hotel's location in this popular area was a real plus, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Additionally, the breakfast offered was a nice touch and provided a good start to the day.

Everything was ok.

A short walk to Railway Station & Supermarket. Close to the nightlife, but not to close you are kept awake by the noise.

No opening window/s in my room.
